I just had the strap of my watch shortened here. The watch was a Christmas present and wasn't purchased there. The service was incredibly friendly and completely free, even though it wasn't their own brand. Next time, I'll buy the watch locally; that's how retail should be!

Super friendly service, honest advice, and a more than satisfactory result! I had a necklace engraved and I'm beyond thrilled. I've been to three different jewelry stores before, and none of them could fulfill my request. But Baur Jewelers in Kirchheim did! I highly recommend them!

Very friendly and competent advice from Mr. Baur. After purchasing my beautiful engagement ring from Juwelier Baur, we decided to buy our wedding rings here as well – it was absolutely the right decision! After being completely disappointed with my engagement ring at the jeweler just a few steps away, we chose our wedding rings from Mr. Baur. We received excellent advice, and our wishes and expectations were completely taken into account. Our price range was also taken into account. Top-notch service, super friendly staff, and a great process! We were even allowed to bring the matte rings back six months after the civil wedding to be "matted again" at no cost to us. Mr. Baur is a very pleasant gentleman who knows how to treat customers. We highly recommend this shop. Our rings are still flawless, unlike my engagement ring, which lost its diamond after just one year. Thank you so much ☺ Addendum 2/12/22 I just received my repaired ring and I am more than happy. Three weeks ago, we spontaneously visited Baur in Kirchheim to look at wedding rings. We were greeted warmly and received excellent advice. Markus Baur showed us a few rings, and we quickly found the perfect ones for us. Since the sizes needed some adjustments, we waited about three weeks for our rings to be ready. They turned out perfectly, and we are very happy with them! I would recommend everyone stop by; the selection is extensive, and the service is friendly and professional.
